Go slowly and peel back holding the film against the skin rather than straight up and away from the body. Go the idiot proof way here guys and gals, buy some foaming tattoo soap, 1 hour after tattoo wash your hands with the soap first then wash your wound/art with your hands using the soap. Picking at scabs or scratching them can pull the color out and ruin the tattoo. If that doesn’t work, take a small amount of sanibalm (coconut, olive, or baby oil can work as well) and apply it around the edges of the bandage.
